Since my previous comments that I'll be removing , Sara has worked with me to resolve ALL of my vehicle issues. Some of those issues were the result of my warranty company not approving AAMCO's initial request in full of the parts requiring replacement. Instead the attempted to approve the work after multiple tear downs. Since my initial notes, the communication between us has been great. I think part of our previous communication issue was the AAMCO management splitting Sara's time at two different locations. Basically having her pull double duty which wasn't fate to her. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue and Sara was awesome. She communicated with me and offered extra alternatives to help me out. They did financing but luckily I didn't need to go that far. She had great pricing. They also offer other car care services. I didn't know this and great to know I can bring in for other issues if needed. Thank you Sara so much 💓
