This is my new favorite shop! There office manager Sara is very honest and knowledgeable about the work being done and the mechanics do great work.
Since my previous comments that I'll be removing , Sara has worked with me to resolve ALL of my vehicle issues. Some of those issues were the result of my warranty company not approving AAMCO's initial request in full of the parts requiring replacement. Instead the attempted to approve the work after multiple tear downs. Since my initial notes, the communication between us has been great. I think part of our previous communication issue was the AAMCO management splitting Sara's time at two different locations. Basically having her pull double duty which wasn't fate to her. Thanks Sara for all your efforts. Eugene
